Today we are going to bake a healthy rough bread that still is very soft and juicy. This bread we are going to bake today is literally the best bread I know. I have baked it for several years now and I still love it so much and I really recommend that you try it!
Ingredienser
2 dl havregryn
5dl dinkelmjöl
1dl linfrön (jag tog hela)
1 dl sesamfrön
2tsk bikarbonat
en nypa salt
3 msk brödsirap
1 rivet äpple
4 dl yoghurt (Jag använder naturell soja yoghurt)
Ingredients
2 dl rolled oats
5dl spelled flour
1 dl flax seed (I took whole flaxseeds)
1 dl sesame seeds
2 tsp bicarbonate
a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons bread syrup
1 grated apple
4 dl yogurt (I took plain soygurt).
Gör såhär:
Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.
Rör ihop alla torra ingredienser.
Riv ner äpplet och tillsätt sirap och yoghurt.
Klä en brödform med bakplåtspapper och häll/kleta i smeten. Vill man kan man ha lite pumpafrön uppe på. Skjuts in i ugnen 45-60min. För mig räcker det med 45 minuter.
Put in the oven 45-60min. For me it took just about 45 minutes.
