I don’t want realism. I want magic!

My last day in Paris included a goodbye to one of my dearest friends in Paris, Nabil. Nabil, the wonderful guy I met at this crazy party when we both had costumes and didn’t really know how the other one looked like. Nabil who made that hair make over on me. Nabil who seems to be the male version of me somehow. He really knows how my brain functions, I noticed this from the first moment we met. Something really clicked between us. For me, it was a really strange feeling. Even though we didn’t know each other that much, I felt how we had this strong bond between us. There are not many people I’ve felt this with before, not so quickly, I can count them on one hand. So, it was really hard saying goodbye to him. Hopefully, I get to see him soon again.

This day however Nabil had planned to get a new tattoo done, I got to come with him. Remember that screen I showed you some posts ago? No one guessed, but I give it to you anyway. He got that sentence tattooed. Which is a quote from a movie which… hmm, I don’t remember the name of! Sorry Nabil, I know you told me the name so many times. I got to see the scene and I loved it. The quote also suits you so well: I don’t want realism. I want magic!

Both him and the friendly tattooist David were kind enough to let me document it for you guys so here we go.

Cleaning the arm.

Getting the text on the right place.

Peeling of the paper.

Getting inked.

Exaltation while waiting.

Moisurizing (or something).

Yes baby, it looks terrific!
